After 15 mins of stretching I touched my toes for the first time in 10 years.

This book will change your life! Make sure you read it thoroughly as the smallest tweaks in techniques in the resistance stretching will make a world of difference!After just doing 2 particular stretches in the book just touched my toes for the first time in 10 years. I'm so thankful to have found this.It makes that traditional ballet/sports/yoga type of stretching where you *hold it till you feel like your hamstrings gonna rip off then just pull it a little further through the pain* seem like actual madness. This stuff is actually physically pleasurable and seems to be the only thing that has lasting effect. Let me say again NO PAIN INVOLVED.I've got 2 immobile shoulders, concrete stiff hip and hamstrings, making lower pack pain a nightmare. Neck, wrist problems. And I've just 80% cured my right shoulder in 5 minutes yesterday. Slept on it and feels like permanent!This teacher Bob Cooley is saying you can eradicate all of your injuries, stiffness and be 'injury' proof, as good to go as when you were 18 years old.I don't work for Bob or have ever been to their studio but I sure as hell want to go now! This stuff should be broadcast to the whole world! This is 10x quicker, safer, more effective, pleasurable and lasting than traditional stretching.

Bob's a genius of flexibility

Having practiced this at home and felt the immediate benefits, I have to recommend this above every other book on stretching. It is not limited by the usual beliefs of muscle function and how to treat your body. It is in another league, with effects so deep and lasting it is difficult to put into words.Having also experienced Bob's stretching first hand I feel that everyone can benefit from this amazing technique. If you are expecting a book that restricts itself to lengthening muscles, don't buy this book. But if you apply the methods properly you will develop a deep understanding of your body, yourself and the relationship between the two. Don't think twice, buy it now, do it everyday and start to live!!
