The alphabet game by Andie M. Long a supercalifragilistic five-star read. This is the complete Alpha series A to X,Y,Z. Who knew the alphabet could be so much fun and educational. I swear the nuns who taught me in school would be turning in their habits knowing I was re-learning my alphabet in such a manner. Andie M. Long is one of the best comedy writers I have read and she is fast becoming my favourite author of all genres, she seems to be able to turn her hand to anything. This book if hot and funny, full of twists and turns to keep you in suspense, or suspenders depending on what your thing is.Stella Mulroney has been trying for two years to get a job, not that she needs a one as she has a fully paid up apartment and a healthy allowance from a rich step daddy. But it’s not the money she is after, she has an interview to be a PA for a lawyer at a top London Law firm, the same law firm that handles her step-father’s interests, and she has plans to find out more about those interests as she is convinced that he isn’t on the up and up. Stella wants to bring him down, any way she can. But when she turns up things don’t go to plan as she hopes and she has caught the attention of the of the hot young son of the boss of the firm Gabriel ‘Gabe’ Gregory.Gabe knows that Stella has a need for revenge, he has a set of his own daddy issues. But Gabe has a better plan for her attention and sets about playing a game with her, the only problem is who will win the game of wits? And who will win the overall game? The children? the adults? Or neither?

Do you want to play a game

I previously read this book in 2014 when it first came out and having re read it I still love this story and here is my thoughts from back in 2014.I loved this story and I devoured it in one sitting. In this book we have Stella who seeks revenge on her stepfather by going to work for one of his competitors but what she doesn't expect is to be working with the competitors son(who also happens to have issues with his father) as his assistant. What ensues is a game a sexual game called yes you guessed it The Alphabet Game. What starts out as a bit of a fun turns into so much more. We also meet some interesting sub characters ie Stella's friend Ronnie she is a scream and I hope she gets her own book as it will be very interesting. This book is seriously hot and well worth the read.

The Alphabet Game is four novella’s that have been grouped together to create the complete Alpha Series.This is the first book I have read by this authorI so glad to say that I thoroughly enjoyed this book!!!Originally each of the four parts were published as novella’s, but because I purchased it as the complete series I’m gonna treat it as a complete book and review the story as a whole.This series started off tentatively, I wasn’t sure where the story was going to go or what drama this couple were going to go through.I didn’t love the sex with no strings idea, mainly because I love the complexities of a relationship. But this did allow for the brilliance of the alphabet game!!The game is cheeky and sexy and at times down right funny. The images in my head during this book will keep me entertained for a long time to come.I laughed out loud several times, blushed quite abit and almost had to draw a picture to try and work out the logistics of the cage scene.For me the further through the book I got the better the writing got and the more I loved the plot. When the bad guys got really psycho I was absolutely enthralled and clapping my hands when it all came to a head!!I enjoyed this book and I’m so glad to be able to say that I give this book 4 stars.
