How Does an Adult Coloring Book Help Relieve Stress? Years ago, coloring was for children. Although occasionally an adult who was babysitting would color with the child, that adult wouldn't normally pick up a coloring book on their own. Recently, a new trend in coloring books for adults has changed the way adults relieve stress. Coloring books for adults has reached an all-time high with many books on bestseller lists. While this may be a fun hobby for some, others find serious stress relief from coloring inside these books.I purchased this book as an ebook. Didnt have colouring book since childhood :) I never thought that I will start colour books again, but I did! I was very curious to see adults colouring books look and I found out. This ebook is one of many I got cos I like coloring. Like to choose colors, mach them and see the result. It relaxes me.This book is easy one, simple. Circles with some details and ornaments. Not coloured pictures looks empty, but colored they look fantastic! You can create nice arts with these pictures like I do, you can make them alive! I bet you can create something using this book!As I purchased and coloured so many adult coloring book, I can say this one is my one of favourites. I really like it cos it is so simple :) I would recomend this book for beginers.One thing is really good about ebook-you can reprint pictures! As many as you require. I did and still do. You can colour these kind of books with your children, have family time together or enjoy your own time. Or do competition coloring same page same time :) !Highly recomend adult colouring books, expecially this one! Color and bring more colors into your life! Great Designs - very detailed

I initially purchased the Advanced Mandala Designs: Modern Pattern Coloring Book for Kindle because i wanted find some nice designs that i could use for henna tattoos.I absolutely love the advanced Mandala patterns, and there are so may beautiful designs that would look great for henna tattoos.The fact that you can print off the designs you like is great because you can reuse them over and over again.I have been printing off the patterns for the kids to colour in too and it keeps them quiet for hours because of the detailed designs.I must admit, i also have had a dabble in colouring in these beautiful designs myself, and i find it so very relaxing and quite therapeutic.These Adult colouring books are great, not just for adults but for teenagers/kids too. I prefer the kindle/Ebook additions to the paper copies because you can print off as many of each design you like and re do them as you like.The Advanced Mandala Designs: Modern Pattern Coloring Book for Kindle is easy to use, download and print off and because it is in the kindle you can bookmark the pages of your favourite designs.I received the Advanced Mandala Designs: Modern Pattern Coloring Book for Kindle at either a discounted rate or free so that I can give an honest, unbiased and fair opinion on this product. upside is that you can print out the designs that you only like and print an unlimited amount of times.

As an adult, colouring in is a great de-stressor, probably due to the simplicity and helps you to go back to your childhood days where the biggest problem was stopping peas from being mixed in with your mash. The Advanced Mandala Designs book has several different advanced Mandala patterns and designs to choose from some more challenging than others. The upside to an ebook is you can print as many as you want and you can print on any quality of paper you want, this is a great advantage due to some books being printed on low quality paper and some of the colour from various pencils/pens and felt tips smudging, running and leaking through onto the next page. Another upside is that you can print out the designs that you only like and print an unlimited amount of times.If you like to use colouring in as a great de-stressor or for fun then is great! it is definitely worth the purchase. There are various different instructions on the Amazons site and on google which show you how to set up your kindle to be able to print, it was easy to do for my wireless printer. The only downside to designs like this are there are some very fine areas that need colouring, I would suggest getting some very fine pens to colour this area.Overall this is a great colouring book and would highly recommend to a friend due to the great value and qualityPlease note: I received this product at a discount or for free for my honest, true and unbiased review but would have happily paid full price for this!
